At Gloria’s Fantasyland, we not only want you all to have a fun and enjoyable time, but we also want you to be safe and sound. Here are some things to follow.

General Rules

• Items Safety Check
  • Persons (clothing), backpacks, sling bags, boxes, and other containers will undergo security checks directly at the Gloria de Dapitan entrances before you reach the Fantasyland gates.
•  Smoking
  • Under National Law and Dapitan City Ordinance No. 215-322, Gloria’s Fantasyland is a no-smoking complex and one is only able to smoke in designated areas outside in distances away from the complex’s zone.
• Park Behavior, Etiquette, and Safety
  • Please be kind to one another as guests and towards Fantasyland employees. No profanity or unruly behavior. Address any serious concerns with the Park Relations Office if a situation arises.
  • Children must be to attended to at all times. No horseplay, no excessive running, no vandalism (including climbing or sitting inappropriately on structures), and other such actions.
  • Fantasyland reserves the right to refuse any person (from continuing their visit of the park) that is deemed unfit to ride and a danger to other guests.
  • Please read and follow all the safety precautions and rules displayed on the individual ride signs located at the front entrance of each ride.
• Line Jumping
  • Skipping ahead in ride waiting lines is strictly prohibited, along with saving a place in line for others to catch up. Please wait patiently.

• Inclement / Severe Weather, Closure of Rides, Re-validation Process
  • In the event of exceeding park capacity, scheduled events, or inclement/ severe weather, Fantasyland will shut down its rides until safe operation may resume again.
  • In some circumstances, a Guest may avail of the “rain-out policy / revalidation process” and/or “conversion of tickets” for their tickets in the event of lengthy, bad weather conditions. Please see the Tickets page for more information on how to avail.
  • Lastly, every 8 PM the whole park will begin to slow down and shut down rides only for the Grand Stage Show and operation will begin after the show and festival.
• Animals / Pets
  • No animals or pets are allowed to accompany Guests unless they are Seeing-Eye/Service Dogs.
  • Kennels can be provided at the entrance for pets to be kept in during your visit.

Prohibited Items

• Weapons of any kind, lasers, sharp objects, horns or any noise-making devices
• Unapproved drones or radio-controlled devices
• Unchecked large backpacks
• Packages and boxes
• Flammable materials such as alcohol (above 350 mL), pressurized cologne, perfume, kerosene, gasoline, etc
• Lighters, candles, fireworks or any other type of pyrotechnics

Ticket Discount

• Senior Citizens, Handicapped and Special Children automatically avail 20% discount upon presentation of their SC / DSWD issued ID. (DISCOUNT APPLIES TO REGULAR RATE)

Ticket Advisory

• TICKETS are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
• RATES are subject to change without prior notice.

Conversion of Tickets

Rain-out Policy / Re-validation Process

• Gloria’s Fantasyland shall re-validate tickets in case of Park Operation stops due to bad weather condition under the following terms and conditions:
  • Weather disturbance lasted for more than an hour.
  • Guests who spent at least 2 hours inside the park prior to the weather disturbance are entitled to re-validation.
  • Re-validated tickets are valid within 24 hours only.
  • Re-validated tickets cannot be assigned to other people.
  • Park management holds the right to declare a rained out or weather disturbance situation.
